Along with Awaken, Change Agitators integrate into one or more of your inflight change initiatives to help those impacted apply the principles and tools discovered in Awaken. By observing the realities of your organisation's processes, people and practices we can advise leaders and managers on tactics and strategies to deploy to best land the change with least disruption to business productivity and with the highest chance of realising benefits quickly.

Not for the faint hearted, Transform brings Awaken not only to managers and employees but to the architects of the business in the c-suite and executive leadership level. Working closely with leaders and managers we tackle behaviours and practices that will fundamentally shift the way you think about organisational change. We will explore your portfolio of change, the governance you have around it and how you align between the c-suite and management layers below to coordinate the delivery of those changes with the least fatigue and resistance.
In addition, we will work closely with your HR team to align your annual appraisal, talent development and recruitment processes to ensure that change thinking - the mindset to take personal responsibility for your own reaction to change - so that not only is your organisation poised for change now but continues to be as you scale in people, income and impact.
